From the news of the bizarre comes this story about former Red Wing great Pavel Datsyuk who rumored to be living in a Russian monastery with a rogue priest trying to avoid Covid-19. Pavs is reportedly with Father Sergius at the Central Urals Monastery in Ekaterinburg, about 1,100 miles east of Moscow. Sergius believes the COVID-19 pandemic is a conspiracy, concocted as a way to get people micro-chipped.
According to Datsyuk's agent, it's not true. He is with his family in their cottage.
